Fic Search: Jack/Daniel slash

Um, I'm looking for a songfic. It's set to "100 Years" by Five by Fighting. It chronicles Jack's life up until he's forty-something and hears the song and realizes he doesn't want to reach 99 alone and goes to Daniel and admit he loves him. And Daniel's like, "You just heard '100 Years' by Five by Fighting on the radio, didn't you?" It's really cute, and I have no idea where I found it.

Also, out of curiosity, is there any Stargate RPS? (please don't shoot me! I'm just curious!)

If you find any SG-1 RPS, could you let me know? I'm watching a comm about SGA for RPS (and yes, I'm just curious as well ;-) but I can't find anything similar on the Jack/Daniel front.
