Daniel wore a suit in "Moebius Part 1," and in "Full Alert" (if I remember the name correctly, it's the one where he went to Russia). I THINK he wore a suit in the the first Martin Lloyd ep ("Point of No Return"?) when they met his doctor, but I wouldn't swear to it.
