There's all the fics from the Sam Carter ficathon awhile back but you might have read those. They're all great stories, even if she doesn't exactly save the day - though most of the times she does, from what I recall. Here: http://community.livejournal.com/samcarterfic/

There's Strix Varia's Sam-whump list, but there's no guarantee that it will be Sam centric and the quality's all over the place. But still a decent resource. Here: http://www.gyrfalcon.net/vikingchick/whumping.htm
