There is lovely fic by Lady Ra called Wraith Killers (http://www.visionsofprettyboys.com/Atlantis/WraithKillers.htm). It is a Jack/Daniel and McShep pairing where Daniel pulls a fast one on Jack and gets Jack to approve his transfer to Atlantis without realizing it. Jack doesn't like that so he follows his geek to the Pegasus Galaxy still unsure of why he can't let him go... One of my favorites!
