Fic- Search- SGA Fic

This ones been bugging me for a while. I'm looking for a SGA fic where something dire is about to happen to Atlantis. Everyone going back to earth but for some reason John and Rodney have to stay behind. I'm thinking it ends up slash but I'm not 100%. They take the crystal to dial earth and then abandon Atlantis vowing not to return to earth until it was safe. It takes seven years(edit- twas nine years... I was close) and along the way they pick up runners and a few others as a part of their new family. They also discover an alien ship that has all kinda cool stuff like replicators(the star trek kind not stargate :-) In the end they create a ton of wraith pattern buffers(?) and relocate the surviving Pegasus population to our galaxy.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated :-)

Yay! Thanks for your help... I can't imagine that i'll be getting much sleep tonight. So much fic so little time.
