I'm looking for the Genome Series and "Not Man or Woman Be". I can't remember the author or authors. I do know it's slash. The first one it's discovered that Daniel is an alien after he saves Jack. The second story Daniel is seen by the people of the planet they are on as a child of Hermaphroditus, the Hero of Heroes and has to "marry" the king.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's post-Irresistible and someone finds out about what Rodney did (taking Lavin's herb and using it on John) and Rodney gets in trouble, but more importantly I think he and John have to work it out, delicious angst, and I think it ends up McShep? Not sure. Anyway, maybe someone can dig it up!

I’m looking for a SG1 fic which was an outsider POV. The character is either Jennifer Hailey (the cadet from Prodigy etc.) or an another young female character very similar to her.

I think she was assigned to go along with SG1, and remember a scene where they were camping on another planet overnight. I’m pretty sure a theme of the fic was her coming to terms with how she thinks rules should be followed, and accepting that not everything is black-and-white - I mostly read Jack/Daniel so there may have been a bit about her realising they’re a couple, and deciding to not report them

This would have been pre-AO3 days, maybe even pre-LJ. For some reason when I think of this fic, I can picture white text on a dark blue background.

I’m looking for what I remember as an episodic series of stories. It was about an alternate SG team. One of the members was the Tok’ra Martouf/Lantash, and I think the other members were minor characters from the series.

I think it had a fairly funny tone, and was pre-AO3 days. Maybe even pre-LJ - I’ve got the impression of a dark-coloured website and a “let’s use the glow effect!” banner across the top

What I remember is that some StarGate personnel catch a bug generally treated as a childhood disease. They are brought to Bethesda and the medical personnel take them to where Tony DiNozzo is trying to survive the plague. Some how the two diseases join mutate and cause a mutation in the general population. I know I read it recently but it doesn't come up in my Archive history, I know Keira Marcos, JillyJames, and LadyHolder didn't write it. I'm hoping that it is not a 'Rough Trade' work because I'll never get to read it again. Thank you.

I found a picture in an old computer file that I'm pretty sure was cover art for a McShep story that I read several years ago. I don't really remember anything about the story itself other than I really enjoyed it. And I think it was an AU story with no Stargate but I could be wrong about that. Anyway, according to the cover art, the story is called "The Second Rule is: Don't Fall in Love" Unfortunately, the artwork does not include an author's name and I haven't been able to find the story by title alone. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

What I remember: Rodney is being held in a cell on Atlantis and Sam Carter keeps coming to ask him for his admin code so they can shut down something. Rodney doesn't believe he's on Atlantis or that's Sam Carter. He refuses to give up the code until a person (thing) looking like John Sheppard shows up and seduces him.

I'm hoping this description isn't too vague.

But, Jack and Daniel end up making contact with a civilization that has healing abilities and are based in a Roman or Greek influence. Janet is not nice during this story and abuses Daniel when he's found to have a possible testicular cancer. She's angry because this civilization can't share how they heal with her only Jack and Daniel.

Any ideas?

I’m looking for a fic where the team gate to a desert planet that has ruins not to far from the gate. Daniel discovers a hologram of the planet’s systems and discovers the suns are going to set and some kind of things come out of the dark. In the meantime O’Neill and Teal’c find evidence large bones picked clean. Turns out there are carnivorous worms and the team end up trapped and separated from Daniel who is now trapped and injured after the ruins collapsed on him.

In this fic John is badly injured in Pegasus and loses the use of his legs, and I think his arms as well, can't recall. By accident they find that when he uses the Chair it partially fixes him, but it drains the ZPM too much so he can't be fully healed. It ends with him being taken for a boatride by Ronon and the team. Anyone recall the fic?

This is a mcshep fic, older, where Rodney has always used sign to communicate. John, Teyla and Ronon, and many others, learn it too, to communicate with him. Someone invents a Pegasus-specific version and Daniel's very excited about it. Can anyone recall the fic and the author? TIA!

I’m sharing this question from a Facebook group.

I'm looking for a J/D fic. For some reason Daniel is off world with another team. The people on the planet are very tall and have excellent technology that they won't give to earth. Otherwise, they are wonderful and they adore Daniel. The Major is actually a traitor and kills his team, beats the crap out of Daniel because he won't steal the blueprints. Very nice people are killed. They call Daniel Ahrimon.

Hiya! Any help would be much appreciated! This has been driving me crazy:
Jack is on a rescue mission to retrieve Daniel, who has been taken by the local aliens due to his resemblance to one of their gods that's like a muse ? Jack infiltrates by posing as an artist and buying time with Daniel, who is locked in a bedroom and drugged, non-con with other paying customers is implied and Jack has to go through some motions to preserve his cover as an "artist" who bought time with the muse. He even has to redrug Daniel to keep him quiet. I remember some kind of lunar theme and there was a moon pool or something right near the gate at their escape. I really want to read it again but i can't find any trace of it. Any ideas?

I remember reading a fic where SG1 found out that Daniel's "grandfather" had kidnapped his parents and somehow erased their memories of being furlings. When they visit the furlings they find out its an entire planet of archeologists and Daniel is a prince(?). I'd love to reread it.

I'm looking for a fic where Daniel runs away through the Stargate and is wandering planet to planet. This isn't the one where they find the Furlings. They have standing orders to find him, but when they do he tries to run. Healthwise is isn't doing to well. I think it had to do with the NID or something similar.

The second fic I'm looking for is Daniel finds information on a weapon that links through the Stargate to protect the planet and whichever planet it's connected to from being attacked from orbit. Also a weapon to kill Anubis. He finds clues that it's on Earth, but the NID feel it's on Abydos and sidelines Daniel.

New to this site but been a user on AO3 for many years.
I read a John/Rodney fic a few years ago. Atlantis has to evacuate to Earth and John and Rodney miss the evacuation. They end up alone at Ford's cave and over the years,they rescue multiple runners and eventually find a ship older than the Ancients. They end up eradicating both the Replicators and the Wraith and then go back to Earth with their ship. I know it was a big fic and it took them almost/around 10 years to defeat everyone. Anyone have a clue which fic this is? I don't think they tagged most of the usual tags so I have had no luck.
