I'm looking for Atlantis fics with John/Elizabeth where it's got Elizabeth whump. Also SG-1 fics with Jack/Sam with Sam whump.

Also if you're interested; "Fracture" by Hopeisabluebird is a great fic. The show didn't really dwell on Sam's torture by Fifth in 'New Order' parts I and II. This fic is beautifully written in a disjointed to express her inner turmoil. There is subtle sam/jack, but it is a team fic at its finest.
