Fic Search Jack/Daniel

I am hoping you can help me - I am looking for a fic that starts with Jack retiring.  At his ceremony he kisses everyone on his team (except Teal'c I think).  I don't know if Jack and Daniel were in a relationship prior.  I do know that after the kiss Daniel is now being harassed at work and Sam is alienated.  Daniel gets beat up in the parking lot and Sam knows who did it.  I don't remember how it ended or who wrote it but any help would be appreciated!
