Daniel as a hero

I'm searching for a fanfic with Daniel as a hero here on Earth. He jumped in front of a pregnant woman during a robbery and got shot. And he got a medal for his action.
Anybody knows this fic?

I'm also looking for other fics with Daniel as a hero on Earth or off-world. I prefer gen and slash (point to icon ;) - het is ok if not Jack/Sam.
Allready found Daniel Jackson, Accidential Hero by Lady Grey and I love it.
