John/Rodney from someone else's POV

1. Ideally, I'd like to read a fic from Sam's POV, in her first few weeks in Atlantis. But I'm not too fussy, Elisabeth, Teyla, Ronon, anything will do.
If there's already a tag with this theme, I'm sorry, I didn't find it. 

2.I'd like to see other people's thoughts on John.  Like the Marines POV in ther first year on Atlantis, how he went from useless flyboy to respected CO. Also I'd love a fic from Caldwell's POV
