Hey all, I've been trying to find this fic with no luck. Last I read it was on Ff.net.

It's set in the first season of SG-1, Daniel's POV, and the summary was something like, "Am very young and stupid, according to race in desperate need of hair care." It mentions Daniel missing Sha're a number of times, there might have been a suggestion of possible future Daniel/Sam, and it ends with something like, "Am spacemonkey now, apparently." Mostly it's Daniel being snarky, and maybe a little depressed.

I think it might be deleted, or I doubt I'd be having so much trouble finding it. Any help is appreciated!

Hi all:)

It seems like I have misplaced a short fic about clone!Jack moving to Forks, and deciding that the Cullens are all g'oauld (because the golden eyes and the othewordly looks). So one day after a bit of recon he calmly blows them up. It was a relative short gen fic (probs.1k) and ofc crack, and it always made me laugh:) Please help, and thnx in advance.

Hiya! I thought I'd read this on Area52, but can't seem to find it. It might be on an external site, hope you peeps know of it!

The scene I remember best; Sam, Janet and Daniel are in the infermary, can't remember why. They talk about an airman having a bad case of hero worship/crush on Jack, and Daniel says something to indicate the hilariousness of Jack returning his feelings, with Jack not being gay. Sam and Janet exchange glances of awkwardness and surprise, and Sam (or Janet) use swishy and tilting hand motions to explain that Jack swings both sides. Daniel is completely floored.

The rest I can remember is just Daniel saying "Jack is gay?" and someone telling Daniel that "you were the last he (Jack) thought he'd have to worry about" when Daniel starts avoiding Jack and withdrawing from their friendship. Happy ending after a good amount of angst. Can't remember if it's J/D ship or just friendship.

Hi all. I'm looking for a story I read several years ago on gateworld.net (I think)

It was about how sg1 went on a mission to rescue another sg team, and a bunch of the guys from both teams managed to offend Sam at some point during the day. So she ignores everyone when they get back to Earth and doesn't go out for drinks with them and refuses to answer their phone calls. At the end she gives Hammond an itemized expense list from her day at the spa and Hammond asks something along the lines of "So how much does the Air Force owe you this time?"

I'm looking for a Daniel/Vala fic I read awhile ago. It's a vaguely angsty piece, though with a funny premise - Vala watching porn with Daniel in the room. Does that ring a bell for anyone?

I'm also looking for a funny fic where Daniel meets with one of the SGC staff members, a clerk of some kind, to go over his history with the SGC and fill out forms. It's told from the POV of an original character, who's overwhelmed with Daniel's multiple deaths/ascensions/etc.

I'm looking for two different searches:

1) Fics that highlight Daniel's love of his work, especially if they take place in the later part of the series. While I loved Daniel throughout the entire series, near the end, he just seemed to lose some of the passion for his work that he'd had in the earlier seasons.

2) The funniest stories you can think of. Anything from a mild chuckle to busting a gut laughing.

Help, guys! My google-fu has failed me and it's driving me nuts because this is such a clasic fic and I can't think of the title or author. It starts in season one with Jack having to teach Daniel how to handle a gun, and being pissed about it because he's convinced Daniel will never get it. Daniel, of course, blows his socks off by not only being good, but almost better than he is. They start making wagers that eventually become sexual. I specifically remember Daniel using a P90 and shooting a perfect circle in his target. Then Jack goes and shoots a heart around Daniel's circle and manages to clip it off of the target.

My google fu is failing, so I thought I would ask.

I'm looking for an Unending fic. Pretty sure it's Gen, dealing with SG-1 on Odyssey. The plot line is essentially an escalating practical joke war. I remember something with a jell-o mold. And hair dye. Vala and Teal'c were often the biggest culprits.

I dunno why on earth this popped into my head, but I got a sudden vision of Rodney and Daniel getting into a texting war because Daniel would obviously insist on typing out full words, while Rodney would use the shortest, most obscure texting short-hand known to man and teen-aged-girls. Somehow, this leads to snarky love/hate romance - or at least FWB. Takers, anyone?

What I'm really looking for is said Daniel/Rodney snarky love/hate slash, where Daniel can't believe he's such a masochist for putting up with Rodney (though really, he should considering all the practice he's had with O'Neill), and Rodney can't believe that he just might be willing to admit Daniel might be almost as smart as him.

I remember a thematic list of all the fanfic, both gen and slash, that cropped up after Michael Shank's infamous comment about Daniel being a ninja in his down time and fighting crime. For the life of me, I can't find it anymore. In particular, I'm looking for a fic where civilians in the SGC are being pressured by the military, and when he's forced to fight a big, bully Marine, Daniel beats the living bujeezus out of him using improvised nunchucks. It later comes out that he studied ninjitsu as an undergrad to win a bet with one of his classmates.

I'm looking for any stories, SG1 or Atlantis, where some science experiment has gotten out of hand. Like, an alien plant takes over the base or there's a chemical spill that causes everyone exposed to speak in rhyme, that sort of thing. Serious fics okay, but I'd really prefer comedy.

Also, I'm looking for a specific Jack/Daniel fic. Daniel was exposed to an artifact that made him experience intense pain unless he was in physical contact with Jack. The artifact translated to something like "Being loved by the Gods." and was originally a punishment device used by a Goauld.
