Thematic search - D/s fics with plots

Hey,

I'm looking for fanfics for either show, any pairing (slash, het, or femslash) which feature voluntary domination & submission, but also have proper plotlines. I.e. not just PWPs.

I'm thinking if I find enough of these fics I might make a thematic list of them. I'm not sure how many there are though. I know there are *millions* of just-porn D/s fics but they're not what I'm looking for :)

I've only just started looking, but I've so far found these, all Atlantis:
Xanthe's Coming Home and General and Dr Shepherd
Lavvyan's The Spaces Inside
Helen's Take Clothes Off As Directed

I know the examples are all AU, but that wasn't deliberate.

I vaguely remember a Jack/Daniel/Paul fic on Area 52 which fit, but I don't know what it was called...

Hi, I'm hoping someone can find this fic for me.

All I remember is that it's a slash (first time) and Jack knows but doesn't understand why he's lost Daniel's regard. Jack says in his thought that he doesn't understand why Daniel doesn't give him that "look" anymore or Daniel doesn't "look at him that way anymore". The look signifies affection, trust, and almost hero worship.

Can anyone help? I've even tried the Stargate Story Search yahoo group with negative results.
