Help, please?

I have been looking for a fic for a while, and it's beginning to drive me insane. It was John/Rodney, and they were turned into penguins. I remember that Jack was in the fic, and at one point he was talking to a female scientist that seemed a bit bitter about the fact that most of the men on Altantis were attracted to the other men there. Also, Ford kept insisting throughout the fic that the aggressive penguin must be John, when everyone else knew that it was Rodney.

I've looked through several pages of past entries, and found some animal transformation fics, but not this one *whimper* Please help me find this. I am beginning to believe that I either imagined the whole thing, or am going insane.
