Fic Search: Sam/Team Fic

I'm looking for a fic in which Jack, Daniel, and Teal'c all show up at Carter's house after Jacob has died.

I believe it has to do with them welcoming her into an 'orphan's club' or something similar.

It's fairly short, if I remember correctly, but very poignant. I'm just at a loss as far as finding it goes.
