Fic Search: Jack/Daniel Quantum Mirror

I think this is a long shot, but since I've been having no luck on my own...

It's a slash fic and an older one. I read it when I first got to the
fandom, which was right before Season 7. It involves Jack coming to
Daniel's apartment one night. Things happen and they have sex. This occurs
several times, leading to confusion on Daniel's part because Jack never
references or acknowledges in any way what's going on between them when
they're elsewhere besides Daniel's apartment. This is, of course, because
the Jack visiting him is one from an alternate reality.

There is more plot involved than this, I believe, but I can't recall details
which is one reason why I'd like to re-read this story. One bit that may or
may not be from this story - I may be conflating this bit from another story
I read around the same time. - involves the alternate reality Sam coming
through the mirror at some point, after that reality's Jack. That Sam is
happily married (not to Jack), with children, and still working at the SGC,
and it leads our reality's Sam to consider the choices she's made in her
life.
