Atlantis/ Dr Who xover

I'm looking for a crossover between Atlantis and Dr Who. Rodney and Jeannie were raised to take care of Atlantis and then the Doctor picks them up. They are companions until Rodney has an allergic reaction to something and the Doctor leaves them at a hospital on Earth in the 1980's. Rodney makes them fake identities and we jump to the Atlantis we know. Then the Doctor shows up and Rodney still has the key to the TARDIS and goes in to tell the Doctor off for never coming back for them.

I hope someone can help me with this.
