Looking for blizzard fanfiction

The current weather made me think of this story again. I'd like to read it, but I can't find it anymore. It's a bit older, too, so I hope that someone knows what I'm talking about.

Okay, I remember a blizzard or something like that. And it was on Earth. The streets were blocked and there was a power outage. Daniel got sick and I think Jack was trying to reach him with his car to take him to his place. Sam and Teal'c were somewhere in it, too. It was a team story, I think it was gen (maybe slash?). Does somebody know the story? I've searched everywhere I could think of. Maybe I just missed it?
