Sam/Jack Marriage/Not Going Well Fic

 Ok, so I know I read this one several years ago at least, so it's an older fic (and I might be blurring two together, so if anything sounds familiar let me know). I want to say this is a novel length or at least pretty hefty story, a lot happened emotionally that was very well written and described. Here are the basics that I can remember:

1. Sam and Jack are together, either married or like very committed (I'm pretty sure married) 
2. They live together at the start or in the middle of this story, but they are having serious trust issues and soon either Jack leaves, or Sam moves out or something where they are not together
3. I want to say that they got a divorce because of these trust issues
4. I think Jack thought that Sam was cheating, but she wasn't, and whatever the situation was that made him think she was, was a result of her trying to protect him (i think...this might be one of those details where I'm mixing stories)
5. Some big catalyst happens and I think Jack comes to the rescue...(I want to say that either she gets in trouble off world and he realizes what an ass he was, or whatever that situation was that caused the distrust blows up and Sam's in trouble...) 

I know that's a lot of iffy specifics, but maybe someone else will recognize the story...If not, does anyone know of good stories that involve Sam and Jack getting together/married and then it doesn't work, (but then of course by the end of the story they get their stuff together and work it all out)?
