Sentient Atlantis

Hi All,

I am looking for a John/Rodney series where Atlantis is sentient. When they all first arrive in Atlantis, she only allows those with ATA genes to stay and also activates recessive ATA genes, including Rodney's, because she senses John in him from recent sex. I am going to feel like an idiot when someone answers this, as the name of the series and the author is on the tip of my tounge!
