Fic Search: TBI Flyboy

I'm looking for a fic that I only dimly remember. Either Cam or John had a massive traumatic brain injury pre-story. While he came out of it mentally okay, physically he gets seizures, migraines, has to wear Coke-bottle glasses, can't go off-world because he can't shoot a gun, can't fly anymore, etc. I know that he was still in the military despite all of this, and relatively physically unimpaired in other ways. Any suggestions?
