Jack/Teal'c Mpreg Crossover

SG-1 goes to a planet and it talks to them and allows them to live there and move between earth and the new planet. Jack and Teal'c get together and I think Danny and Sam are a couple. They go about waking up other planets too. I think it was a collection of works. Jack is the one who gets preg. and I think jr bites Jack and starts to make him younger or healthier. That's all I remember sorry. thanks to anyone who can help.
