Jack/Daniel fic...

Hi, I'm looking for a fic I read where the program is finally revealed to the public and Steven, Daniel's rival from the Univ. of Chicago, takes the credit that is Daniel's.  When he finds out that he can't get into the ceremony thanks to Steven taking his name of the list, Daniel goes to the movies.  The Asgard beam him from the movie to the ceremony.

Does anyone remember the title and author of this fic?  I wish I could remember more...
