Crossover ficlet: Lord of the Rings

I've recently read a great fic that reminded me of a short LotR crossover with SGA. What I remember: John is an elf. At the end Atlantis is sitting in the San Fran bay and his elf brothers sail a ship up to the cloaked Atlantis docks. Rodney says something about always knowing he was an elf, with those ears.

I really want to re-read it. Help? Thanks. :)

3rd lot of snakies

I'm looking for a fic/series.

There is a 3rd off-shoot of the gau'ld species that is allied with the Tokra, only more warlike & only take over dead bodies.
The NID had all the civillians transfered to Area 51, then secretly killed them all & threw them in another stargate to get rid of the evidence. These other symbiots found the dead civillians & took them as hosts & a SG team finds them a while later. Only thing is, Daniel wasn't quite dead.

Anyone know where this one is?
