Looking for a Jack back story fic

I am searching for a story I've read a few times in which a man who Jack rescued long before SG-1 was formed visits. The man is now a senator, and something of a celebrity. Of course, Jack's team wants to know all about how Jack rescued this guy, but Jack won't tell them, so the senator does. I thought this fic was titled, "Rescue," but I'm not finding it in my favorites, and I'm nearly 100% certain I'd saved it, as I've read it multiple times. Anyone have any ideas? All assistance would be greatly appreciated!
