LF SG1 Post-Hathor fic

There's a fic I read a long time ago that very definitely included a post-Hathor scene, where someone (Jack?) recognizes that what Hathor did to Daniel was rape. I think it was part of a longer story that wove in and out of the episodes...

I realize that this is pretty thin, but I'm hoping someone knows it, or something like it.

(Incidentally, is there a thematic list or archive I can find episode tag stories grouped by episode? I started rewatching the series from season 1 and I have a craving...)

ETA: It's not The Quality of His Enemies, although the Hathor thing is dealt with in part 2. I think I remembered more! It was not immediately post-Hathor, but there was a batch of baby goaulds that they crispy fried, and Daniel thought about what happened with Hathor.
