For slash, Area 52 (http://www.area52hkh.net/search.php) lets you search by episode (scroll down to "Search for stories set in/around season, episode"). For gen, StargateFan.com (http://www.stargatefan.com/information/sitemap.html) lists missing-scene fics by episode. There are also redial_the_gate's lists of fanworks by episode (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=redial_the_gate&keyword=fanworks&filter=all) (mostly gen, with some ship and slash) and green_grrl's list of SG-1 episode-based fic recs (http://green-grrl.livejournal.com/20066.html) (mostly J/D slash and some gen).
