gen team fic search: SG1 against other military branches in war games

I am looking for a particular fic where I can remember a lot of the details, but not the title, author or archive where I saw the fic :( A pared down team (no Jack, or daniel) goes up against the best of the best of the other branches of the US military in an annual war game competition, on an island. There is some shield/cup up for grabs and SG1 and other sgc personnel are sent to defend the SGC honour. Sam is leading and she selects a mostly scientist, female heavy (?) sgc group. They use tactics and strategies from past ages to beat the other teams thoroughly. Sam leaves a little note with each team they capture along the lines of S.W.a.K.
I think Jack is a general by now.

Any help? I remember it as being really well written, slipped into gaps in canon and was a great gen team fic.
