Daniel/Share fic

There's a story I read recently, though it's not a recent fic. Sha're goes through a terrible ordeal while trying to ge through THor's Hammer. Daniel and Sam are on the planet with her, while Jack and the rest of the SGC are running inteference back at the SGC, where Kennedy and the NID are desperate to grab her and the symbiote. After Sha're is finally free, she attends a surprise party at Jack's, in a beautiful red dress Janet buys her.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I would be really grateful. I was sure I saved it, but apparently I didn't.
