Thematic Search: Jack/Daniel adopting kids

Any recs for Jack/Daniel adopting kids together? I'd like any fic really that deals with them being parents, but I like the idea of them adopting, maybe because Daniel doesn't want some other kid to go through the same thing he did? Or something like that.

I think the only Jack/Daniel parent fic I have read is Civilians by Lady Ra (which was great), but I'd love something set in 'our' own universe :) Though I'm not opposed to total AUs or crossovers.
