looking for a fic i could have sworn was posted on fanfiction.net but i can no longer find it.
It was au where i think when jack and maybourne get transported instead to the moon but to another planet and sam never figured it out. Jack kills maybourne and then when he gets off the planet runs into anubis. He gets the ancients knowledge downloaded and anubis uses him to try and conqure the galaxy.

ETA: well i was mixing up two fics. the first one has been found!

Still looking for the story where jack gets captured and is tortured either by anubis or ba'al. and then Jack eventually manages to escape (after a few years) and teams up with bratak to tell the sgc anubis is coming. Daniel's decended when he gets to the sgc and everyone is suprised when they discover its jack since they gave up hope. Theres a line in where bratak explains to sg1 that jack has been starved and then revived and his body no longer remembers how to eat.
