Hi all,

I'm searching for a fanfic I read a long time ago. It was actually a whole series of fanfics and remixes as far as I remember. I forgot to bookmark it and I can't remember the title anymore.

John Sheppard and Cameron Mitchell are robots, AI's, named Seven and Eight. The fanfic decribes the long way they went from being small robots on wheels to androids that look very human. I remember that Evan Lorne was their mentor and a guardian.

At some point, when they are still small mobile platforms, robot!John gets crushed by an angry soldier (probably an effect of an alien poison or something) and Cam is trying to save him. After that, John becomes more withdrawn, and Lorne starts talking to the robot to help him overcome that bad experience.

I believe there was a sequel, or maybe a remix, where the Atlantis team find robot!Cam from an alternative universe where Lorne was a brutal and sadistic man and I think he even tortured alternative!Cam.

I'm looking for as many chapters/sequels/remixes as possible, but I'll be happy and grateful for even one link - it will give me a starting point to search for the rest myself. :)
