I've been trying to find a Jack/Daniel fic for the longerst time. It's post Fallen and Daniel has regaind all his memories except the last week of his life. and of course that's when they had finally gotten together. Also Sam found knows about the relationship after walking in on them once. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
