Thematic Search: Daniel In Charge

I love me some Daniel "Take Charge!" Jackson, so I'm looking for any fics where Daniel is in command of something....the SGC, the Atlantis expedition, a ship, a team, etc. I'm sure there are some out there. A note: I'm not looking for any "'Absolute Power' Evil Daniel takes over the world" fic, but other AUs are fine. Thanks in advance!

There are a couple of those in the "Daniel in Command"-series(/universe) (that even used to have its own yahoo-mailinglist for a while).

Oh! Tiv'ester's Battle Royal (http://members.tripod.com/tivester/battle_royal.htm) is *excellent*! She's also got anther one called "Caduceus Circle" that's currently only available in an Ancient's Gate zine (the latest one, I think) that's, IMO, the quintessential Daniel in Charge fic.
