Fic Search: Jack/Daniel slash

Um, I'm looking for a songfic. It's set to "100 Years" by Five by Fighting. It chronicles Jack's life up until he's forty-something and hears the song and realizes he doesn't want to reach 99 alone and goes to Daniel and admit he loves him. And Daniel's like, "You just heard '100 Years' by Five by Fighting on the radio, didn't you?" It's really cute, and I have no idea where I found it.

Also, out of curiosity, is there any Stargate RPS? (please don't shoot me! I'm just curious!)

I know dirty_diana writes some SG RPF (which can be found here (http://shockingpink.compromisingpositions.net/stuff/index.html)), and ran an RPF ficathon that got some SG-related stories a few months ago. Hmm, and I *know* I saw an archive of the stuff at some point, but apparently I forgot to bookmark it...
