Fic search jack whumping

Hi!

I'm looking for a fic (written a while ago)  that centres on dear old JAck getting captured (possibly by Ba'al) and broken down till he's a shell of his former self. Basically he totally withdraws in, his fidgeting has been utterly driven from him. He then spends a few years working in a weapons factory where occasionally shades of old Jack come out, he saves a woman pushed to her death etc. He's eventually rescued by the rest of SG-1 after Sam recognised him from his gait and movements.

Once back he tries to reintegrate but they can't seem to get him to take charge. The only times when he does anything of his own volition is when he's defending any member of the team. I think he's on an off world mission when he's forced to confront his demons and makes it back as it where.

Ends with him fidgeting in a briefing.

I really hope one of you many kind people can help find this fic. I absolutely loved reading it a couple of years ago and would very much like to reread it and any by the same author.

(Jack was in fact captured by Heru'ur, who wanted revenge on him for throwing that knife through his hand in "Secrets". Story was written comparatively early in the fandom, before the show ever dreamed up Baal. :)
