Looking for Rodney fic

We've all read the fics where John is Atlantis's favorite person because of the strength of his gene. What I'm looking for are the fics where Rodney is Atlantis's favorite (which, logically, he should be, since he fixes everything and keeps the city running and John...flies puddle jumpers).

Waaah! I know the fic I'm thinking of, but I can't remember the author - and it's one that I asked for AGES ago on sgastoryfinders:

The city loves John but adores Rodney, who fixes her. She's kind of self aware, and kind of prods Rodney towards things that need to be fixed. There is a scene where Kavanaugh tries to fix an electrical station or something, it blows up, and Rodney is hurt. And it's an awesome fic, but I can't remember who wrote it. :-(
