I have gone nuts trying to find this one again, so I hope someone else remembers it. SG-1 visits a planet where they are transported from the Gate by an automatic system. The guy controlling the gate has them chained to a wall, and picks Daniel as the most likely target for his "fun." Daniel fights back the only way he can -- he pretends nonchalance and mouths off to frustrate the guy's game and buy time for rescue. Later, in the infirmary, Janet tells him, "Need me to draw you a map? -- that's a good one. I used that one on my ex-husband."

It is "Journal Entries" by Claforce (specifically you are thinking of Chapter 3)

I know it is archived at The Cartouche (http://www.inkpress.org/storyline/) and probably elsewhere but that is where I know it from.
