Area 52 Site and story search

I've been unable to access the Area 52 site for the past two days, is anyone else having problems?  Also since I can't access the site, is Kalimyre's "Manipulation" posted somewhere else out, I've tried to get the story through the Wayback machine, but for some reason Manipulation is the one story that is not archive of Kalimyre.  Any help greatly appreciated.

EDIT:  Recieved copy of Manipulation (thanks!) and I seem to be the only person having problems with the site.

Go here. They changed there format and it may have screwed up your address. I didn't have any problems.
