Another Fic Search

Hello, me again, I'm looking for another fic, Daniel centered again. (Hmm.. can you guess who my favorite character is?!) Its after he descends (S7) but he's not dealing with it very well as his team and everyone at the SGC are pretending nothing much happened, some are actively avoiding him. One thing that stands out in this story is in his new house he trashes all the rooms and sleeps in a corner. The team hasn't been to his house for months so don't know about it.

Cabin and death, Daniel's POV

In the story I'm trying to track down, Jack has died a long time ago and left the cabin to Daniel. Daniel is an old man and living alone at the cabin. He is sitting on the dock when Jack appears, as he was when they first fell in love. He makes Daniel get up from the dock and come with him up to the cabin. The reveal is that the story is actually Daniel's dream as he is dying in his sleep.

Anybody recognize it and can you link me?
