Another Fic Search

Hello, me again, I'm looking for another fic, Daniel centered again. (Hmm.. can you guess who my favorite character is?!) Its after he descends (S7) but he's not dealing with it very well as his team and everyone at the SGC are pretending nothing much happened, some are actively avoiding him. One thing that stands out in this story is in his new house he trashes all the rooms and sleeps in a corner. The team hasn't been to his house for months so don't know about it.

I went back to review your older post. Are you positive it's gen? If so, I can't help you. But if it might be J/D and you think of any other details, I'll think some more. :)

Could Jack and Daniel have been trapped in a collapsed temple? Do you recall what was the punishment for?

Really not sure now wether it was gen or not, so it could be either. I dont recall a collapsed temple and the punishment, not sure either, the people were sent there by the Goa'uld. I seem to recall that the prisoners were living in primative conditions. There was a scene where Daniel crept to the village and hid behind some bushes trying to see what was happening and that was when he found out that if he immitated a Goa'uld he could rescue Jack. I think one of the prisoners followed them for a while. Another scene was where they had been found or met up with the rescue party led by Sam and Tealc, they were camped and I think Daniel was assumed to be asleep and Jack wakes up, someone asks him about the blood and he says its not mine, Then they discover that Daniels unconcious. Thats all I can remember for now.

Sorry to say it doesn't sound like any J/D I know of. I spent a while looking through my notes and found a fic I've been looking for since August! So, thanks for that.

If you think of any more details let me know. Sometimes it only take one little thing. I know the feeling, sorry I couldn't help.
