Jack/Daniel friendship pre-slash

I'm looking for the fic that has Daniel suffering/recovering from prostate cancer. I've looked everywhere. (spent the last two days looking it feels like) I'm really at my wits end. The story details (very realistically) Daniels treatment and Jack's friendship and support through the whole ordeal. There is a slash epilogue prequel bit as well. Thanks in advance.
