LF academic accolades?

I re-read Footnote by Corby (found it saved as a word doc on my laptop, no idea where it came from) and now I want MOAR.

I would love any recs for academic or civilian accolade/acknowledgement for any SG-1 or SGA members. I looked at the thematic lists but no joy.

I am also looking in particular for:
1) any stories with McKay underestimated/overlooked/ignored in an academic setting? Brain Storm tags and fix-its adored!

2) Daniel is in a hotel bar, and some academics are making fun of him. Eventually Nyan comes up all deferential and it turns out he is the keynote speaker
3) a similar fic, but in this one, Jack gets Sam to go up and slay his detractors with her brains and beauty.

4) another similar fic, this time with Jack coming to the conference as Daniel's bodyguard. May have a line about Daniel's unlimited gov't funding, since all academics want that (Jack trying to make the detractors envious)

I seem to be bugging the community more and more... THANK YOU for continuing to feed the addiction.

ETA for clarification: I'm looking for any fic that gives the stargate scientists their due for their intellectual advances
