Based on season 4 episode Summit

I have looked everywhere for this story. Checked my bookmarks and any tag here that I thought might apply. It was based on the episode Summit and really gave a more detailed account with a lot of missing scenes. Can anyone help?

I just finished reading Sideburns fic Revolution. At the end the author states 'will be continued in the sequel friendly Fire'

Does anyone know if this fic has been written?
I have searched most sites and even Googled and can't come up with anything.
