Help please? --Found

I'm looking for a Jack/Daniel story. I'm not sure if it was slash or pre-slash or just friendship but what I do remember is that after a long mission or week of missions or something like that, Daniel went back to his apartment only to find out that the SGC had moved him to a different apartment and when he goes to investigate, he finds that they had done the same thing several times and he had just never noticed before. In the end, he decides that he's going to just move in with Jack.
