Help! Images of Vala in her bondage gear (promo pics would do) needed for a lecture I am giving

Anyone seen any promo pics of Claudia Black in her leather gear? I need them to show Media Studies students 'stereotypical' presentation of females in Science Fiction and I thought she might do as an non-stereotypical one.

I also (unfortunately) need them now as I have to do the presentation tomorrow and I need to get them into the powerpoint document tonight. Help!

If you are looking for non stereotypical female characters in Scifi I'd have maybe gone for some of the ladies off Battlestar Galactica - Starbuck for instance. Very strong female lead that kicks arse, yet isn't overly sexified (is that a word?). Or maybe Zoe/Kaylee/River off Firefly. Or any of the ladies off Buffy and Angel.

Unless the example is that alot of women in modern scifi aren't forced to run around impractical figure-hugging outfits....except for Vala to begin with... :)

Um, you do realize that Starbuck has slept with half the male characters on the show? She may not put on the sexy-act, but she sure gets around.

Though, you're right, not in the typically sterotyped way.

That she does. But she does it on her terms and doesn't put up with any crap from anyone. :)

If it was a male character doing the same though no one would bat an eyelid. Starbuck slept with Lee/Baltar/Sam. Lee slept with Starbuck/Dee/that prostitute on cloud nine. :)

What about her Farscape days? She was more non-stereotypical then.... easier to find pics then too.

Though I'd agree with what some of the others are partially saying in that that outfit she isn't particularly non-stereotypical. And there are some SF women who are very anti-stereotype such as Starbuck or Aeryn. But SF does have more than it's fair share of that rap too, lol! Not that you said it didn't.
