Fic search : Jack/Daniel slash

My friend told me about a J/D slash fic where J/D was growing old together, it was told from Daniel POV / flash back about his life with Jack. At the time, Jack already died of old age & Daniel was reminiscing about their life together & telling another person (might be Cassie/someone else) the pain & joy of living with Jack. My friend can not remember the link, could somebody help me about it ?

I think that's the one, have to ask my friend about it. Anyway, have read the fic in the afternoon & it's great. Thank you for pointing it to me :)
