maybe a jack/daniel story, but who knows??

i only vaguely remember somethings about this fic and they maybe jumbled with other stories, i'm not even sure if its j/d. but here what i remember... jack and daniel get separated from sam and teal'c on a planet. i think sam and teal'c end up somewhere warm, a jungel maybe, whilst daniel and jack end up somewhere like the arctic. i think jack ends up in the freezing water to help daniel? but daniel saves him instead? i think jack has a broken leg? i think daniel tries to get to shelter with jack and i think they find a village in the snow.
sorry its so vague but i believe it was maybe over 4 years ago i read it.
