Jack/Daniel crossover with Star Trek Voyager

Looking for Jack/Daniel slash crossover with ST Voyager. Possibly mpreg. They are stranded on a planet and, I think, changed somehow so they can’t leave… Sam and Teal’c come to visit at some point. There is a child (their son?) And at the end, crew of the Voyager stumbles upon their descendants. That’s all I remember. Sorry and thanks in advance. Lelah

I think this might be "But I'm With You" by Oliver Twist. Unfortunately I have no idea where I found it originally, but it's not off one of the major archives I visit (they usually leave a clue like a URL) i.e. WWOMB, Area 52.
