A post-season 4 Jack/Daniel

Hi guys!

I'm looking for recs to fics that deal with Jack's harsh treatment to Daniel throughout season 4. Let's face it, there was a big change in their relationship starting with Shades of Gray. I'm looking for fics that deal with what happened during and after season 4, slash of course, where either Jack realizes what his coldness had done to Daniel and his relationship or is being confronted about it by someone else, possibly even Daniel.

Special points for:
- a plausiable explenation to the attraction between Jack and Sam.
- visitors from the furute/alternate reality
- Asgard
- long
