Daniel/Jack SG1

Hi I am looking for a fic that features a partially ascended Daniel that instead of being descended without his memories was pushed through the quatum mirror as punishment for his rule breaking. The team is trying to hide Daniel from Kinsey and his lackeys. At one point Kinsey does find them and says that Daniel is an Agel or Archangel something to that effect when he tries to protect and injured Jack from them.

I think you're mixing two fics up. The first rings a bell with Rodney finding Daniel through studying the mirror. The second one sounds like one of Debi C's fic where Daniel returns and lives at the cabin with Jack. They go on a mission to rescue the last of the Tollan and have to return to Earth through the gate as Jack is injured. Daniel is still supposed to be dead so is hidden. I can't remember the titles but maybe this will jog someone else's memory

I could be I think your right about Rodney finding Daniel while he was looking at the mirror. Thanks for the help. I hope some one can help me with the names they have been eaten between the three computers that I once owned

Found the second one. it's the Forever Love series which you'll find at Area52. I have the other one saved as a story so I'll try and find it for you. Rodney finds him and the team go through for him but when they bring him back the NID take him into custody. He tries to escape and gets zatted and that's when he remembers what happened and that he still has the powers of the ascended. I could practically tell you the whole storybut not the title...sorry
